For International Orders - Outside India
The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Shipping rates will be added additionally, on confirmation of the order and will be shared with the consumer.
The dispatch time is 4 to 6 days.
Delivery time ranges between 10 to 14 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
Shipping Charges (inclusive of duty fee) would be added separately on checkout.
We do not offer COD on international orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Since we work on made to orders basis only, We DO NOT TAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
However, we do offer SIZE OR FIT ALTERATIONS if required, we offer 100% assistance and make sure to provide the required changes for the same with no extra charge. You need to intimate us within 5-7 days of receiving your order, regarding any required alterations.
We do not provide reverse pick-up services.
Steps for alterations for merchandise bought at full price:
- For any alterations required, please drop us an email at hello@shopkeoo.in or contact us on +91 81783 19329 via WhatsApp, with your original order number along with details of alteration.
- Once approved, we shall send you the address to courier it back to us such charges will have to be borne by the customer.
- Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the changes required.
- The altered piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
KEOŌ may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification.
We do not provide returns/exchanges/alterations on International orders.
