All sales at www.shopkeoo.in are final. KEOŌ strives to be an earth friendly company, by working on made to order basis and lowering our carbon footprints. When you place your valuable order with us, that particular outfit is handmade with love just for you, hence we also offer size & style customization, so that you are 100% satisfied with your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Since we work on made to orders basis only, We DO NOT TAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

However, we do offer SIZE OR FIT ALTERATIONS if required, we offer 100% assistance and make sure to provide the required changes for the same with no extra charge. You need to intimate us within 5-7 days of receiving your order, regarding any required alterations.

We do not provide reverse pick-up services.

Steps for alterations for merchandise bought at full price:

For any alterations required, please drop us an email at hello@shopkeoo.in or contact us on +91 81783 19329 via WhatsApp, with your original order number along with details of alteration.
Once approved, we shall send you the address to courier it back to us such charges will have to be borne by the customer.
Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the changes required.
The altered piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.

KEOŌ may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification.

We do not provide returns/exchanges/alterations on International orders.
